For decades, I was known as one of the world’s top hair colorists and the founder of many iconic beauty brands, including Warren TriComi Salon and The Salon Project, with flagships in New York City.
I built a career around precision, aesthetics, and helping people look their best — working with global brands, creatives, and clients who demanded excellence.
But behind the scenes, my body was breaking down.
Despite years of fitness, clean eating, and discipline, I began experiencing chronic pain, exhaustion, and physical collapse in my late 30s.
In 2000, my health reached a breaking point. I was diagnosed with cervical spine stenosis and underwent surgery that left me temporarily paralyzed.
What followed wasn’t a quick fix —
It was a long education. Hormone balance. Recovery science. Sleep. Nutrition. Movement. Aging. Discipline. Restraint. And learning how to live fully without pushing myself into the ground again.
Years later, a second spinal injury forced me to rebuild once more — reinforcing a lesson I now live by:
Health, beauty, performance, and longevity are one system.
This platform exists to share what I’ve learned — not as a doctor, not as a guru — but as someone who has lived it.
